民主

今天友人送來以下疑似笑話(卻是事實)一則，看後有感而發：民主是好，但追求到這樣的民主又如何，還看當權者質 素。

無錯，有西方這樣的民主制度可以換人，但看我們香港現在這班議員，若由佢地當權，會不會換來換去，都是一樣或更差的貨色呢？

重有，在香港的現有制度下，我地都換咗個特首喎。

究邊種民主制度好，我都唔敢講。不過，成日只曉鬧人，攪到嘈嘈閉，乜都做唔到又只曉怪人，我就覺得一定唔好。

It's the 535 members of the United States Congress. The same group that cranks out hundreds of new laws each year designed to keep the rest of us in line.
